A history of 55 DSL
55DSL was an experimental 90s spin-off from the innovative Diesel brand . which started in the 1970s. Following its first collection called ‘FW94, Subzero Winter’, the new brand quickly established its own identity and became an independent unit after just 5 years trading. Based in Italy 55DSL’s creative director is Andrea Rosso, son of Diesel creator Renzo Rosso. The company’s stated aim is to become the most famous fashion option in street wear.
