Returns
Please read our Terms & Conditions before returning any product to us.
On the rare occasion that a product is unwanted or faulty, it can be returned to us for an exchange or a full product refund. Please note we do not refund: designer products, prescription lenses or sale items. The product needs to be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery receipt date.
The unworn product must be in its original condition and must have any frame attachments still in place and undamaged.
Returns should be in their original packaging.
You must notify us of any return using the form below within 7 days of receipt of the product.
If the prescription in your glasses is incorrect, you MUST supply a photocopy of your current prescription with the returned item. Please note we will not accept returns without this prescription photocopy.
Any product being returned should be sent via recorded / special delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure returned items reach our returns department safely.
The following items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of sale: All designer products, all prescription lenses and all sale items. If returned within 7 days non-refundable items may be exchanged for a product of the same value or a credit note will be issued.
