When do I pay?
Payment is taken on order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques, POs, NHS and eyecare vouchers. Please be aware that due to clearing times for cheques, your glasses may take a few days longer to arrive than if you were to pay by credit or debit card.
Do you accept NHS vouchers?
Yes. If you are eligible, you can use NHS vouchers with WantGlasses.co.uk. Check the back of your prescription to see if you re entitled, or ask your optician. If you send your vouchers to us, please ensure that you have completed the declaration on the reverse of the voucher correctly. We will also require your National Insurance number for processing purposes. One of our staff will contact you to obtain this if it is not supplied. For more information on NHS vouchers click here.
Do you offer a VDU Scheme?
Yes, many companies are happy to provide financial help towards the cost of your computer glasses. The health and safety occupational health regulations allow you to claim up to £90.00 towards your glasses providing they are used for VDU use. We will be happy to provide a VDU certificate that is EU approved.
Do you take EyeCare Vouchers?
Yes we do take EyeCare vouchers as payment towards your new glasses. The value of the voucher, redeemable against glasses, will be purchased on the front.
Is your payment method secure?
We take payment security very seriously and use one of the most up-to-date encrypted security systems on the market to ensure all of your details are safe and secure. Our SSL certificate meets all regulations for safe interaction over the net, and is tested on a daily basis so you can be sure all your details are secure to the highest level.
What if I have a discount code I want to use?
Simply enter the discount code into the appropriate box on the shopping cart page and your discount will be applied by our automated system.
